All of our rooms offer quality and value for money and have everything that you would expect from a 4 star fully serviced Motel. King rooms to Superior spa suites and fully equipped apartments. All rooms have brand new king beds with pillow tops and flat screen TV.

We are only 2 minute walk from Nelson Bay Wests Club and a 5 minute walk to Little Beach or Shoal Bay Beach and a 10 minute walk to Nelson Bay Marina. Climbing Tomaree Head will provide you with a spectacular view over Nelson Bay and the area of Port Stephens.

Our Motel complex is split into two main areas and we have plenty to offer in the way of Nelson Bay accommodation to suit everyone.

The lady on reception was very friendly, the room was spacious, quiet and clean and had generous amounts of tea/milk. Great location close to some of the best beaches in port Stephens. Would highly recommend

This place was great! The location was perfect, and nice friendly staff. I took half a star off only because the digital tv receiver was hit and miss. An upgrade to smart TV’s would be ideal, for those that like to watch something before bed, as you had to keep scrolling through to get something to watch.

Very clean, nice and quiet. Perfect for a quick weekend away. The after hours check in and check out process was very simple. The car park felt secure.

We stayed in the spa suite, and the view of the room and location of the hotel was amazing. The room was super clean too. One feedback though would be even though the room had kitchen, the amenities provided for cooking was limited ( chopping board, spray oil, etc), also the shower was not refilled with shampoo, bath gel, etc and by the time we noticed it was too late to ask, the bedroom TV didn’t have internet connection so we were unable to watch netflix on it, and the wifi connection overall was a bit poor.

Located away from town centre, but still within walking distance, this motel has clean rooms with plenty of space, comfortable beds and decent showers. The rooms are serviced daily with bedding changed after 3 nights during our 5 night stay. All the staff are friendly and helpful, arranging an after hours check in with no fuss at all. An on site restaurant (Korean chicken) is a convenient dining option, especially when arriving in the early evening.

Second time coming to stay and as usual, AWESOME! Staff were fabulous and friendly, room was perfect, only thing I wish they had played and bowls and cutlery and a toaster, would of made the stay even better but other than that I cannot fault the motel, will definitely come back again .

Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access. Rooms clean. Bathroom has a few issues such as shower glass door of shower not able to be opened and closed properly. Access to laundry and kitchen facilities.

I stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the clean, tidy room, the friendly and helpful customer service and the comfortable bed. The shower was difficult trying to get the temperature right but otherwise I was happy.

Toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl.
Rail on wall for support to get in and out of shower nearly came out of the wall.
